This information is made open to the public as a criminal history report.I founded an arrest record expungement/Seal service In 2008 to assist people who could not afford an attorney nor knew how to analysis an arrest record to determain if it meets state expungement statues. I find ways within that state statue to either hide or destroy the offense legally from the defendent profile. I also created A do-it-yourself expungement/seal kit for the state of Georgia and its a hot saler. I advertise just within a 10 mile radius from my home and receives thoudands of calls.
