I’m sure you’re wondering; how I can offer a 25% return in 6 months? The answer is simple. The $50,000 interest, only represents .67% of the total budget. That's less than 3/4 of 1%.
The budget for our film project is $7.5 million. The $200,000 (8 units @ $25,000 each) is what we need to create a new corporation, have it registered with a Securities and Exchange Commission as a public company and file an application to be listed on the OTC:BB.
I know that 25% sounds too good to be true and to alleviate these concerns, we post a letter of credit as collateral, covering both principal and interest.
