I am buying and rehabbing multifamilies. I am currently paying 15% and 5 points on short term hard money. I would like to find a lender who will lend purchase and fix up money with a 3 yr term @ 12%. I can still make money at these terms and the loan will be secured by real property. The LTV will be 70% or less of after repair value. i am looking to do multiple deals so would likesomeone who ha 1 million to lend during the next year or so.
