Our firm identifies persons who are a good credit risk from the pool of individuals who are currently losing their home to foreclosure. We develop "character based credit" for these people by helping them stay in their foreclosed home for 3-4 months rent free (with permission of the lender)and determining the payment they should be making on a home buy underwriting their income. While the candidate stays in their home rent free while we collect 3-4 timely payments from them to prove their credit with us. Approximately 40% of the candidates fall out before month 3 thus leaving only capable candidates in the pool.
We have a means of putting them into a house while we conduct a short sale. We actually collect rents while not having to pay the mortgage. Come see what we do.
