Description: ---executive summary-------- (URL removed) ---------------------------------- There are many interesting sectors these days, but I wonder about your interest in the reshaping media industry? During my last year at USC, I've been developing musicwell- a live independent music broadcast company. In the steadily emerging world of all-internet-broadcast, I believe content creators have a new and more favorable place. •This sentiment is shared by Michael Eisner and reflected in the formation of (URL removed) production studio, his quick reach for a share in this market. •Youtube and Facebook have formally introduced more standardized live services, which is great news. The best and brightest programmers are working on making live internet broadcast (simultaneous identical content delivery) more efficient. •Musicwell captures independent jazz & rock at clubs like The Mint or The Good Hurt with clarity and creativity, including short pre-recorded documentaries on the artists at intermissions. This large and fragmented niche market of viewers would gladly pay the average $2.50 per concert for an otherwise unattainable convenience, especially during the work week. Does musicwell fit into any of your colleague's investment themes? Please review the attached exec summary for more detail and contact me with suggestions, questions, statements, etc. : ) •Projected ROI 76% end year 2, 491% end year 3; Upside potential ROI end year 2 304%, end year three 1961%.
