Currently I have a sole proprietorship for private duty nursing, QRMP services, home and community based services, and independant RN staffing contractor, I am in process of incorporating my company to split out the home and community based services and the staffing services. Staffing will remain under the sole proprietorship and the other will be under the corporation. Additionally it is my goal to establish a non-profit arm of the company that will be a recreational camp/facility that will focus on social rehabilitation for troubled youth, people with disabilities or behavioral health management. I am a RN of 24 years exp., have owned my own agency before, worked as a travel RN, independant RN contractor, been a Director of Nursing in long term care, mental health, case management, pediatrics and more. I created this company in memoriaum of our daughter who passed away with an acquired disability at the age of 12. I was on the Idaho council of developmental disabilities and have solid references and recommendations for my experience.
