Build and operate mini storage facilities in western United State's. Link all facilities by computer service to the central office for control and monitoring. All unit have state of the art computer control and camera secuity with ample backup. Each facility can then be monitored from a central location.
Periodically Rotate Management to other facilities to keep "fresh eyes" on the grounds and units cleaned and updated. Stale units and uncleaned units account for many of the un-rented spaces. Climate controlling boost rent-up and continued rent plus higher dollar per sqft. Adding Solar heat and photovoltaic’s to the roofs "green" up the units and offset the cost of heating. Selling energy back to the utility reduces overhead cost. Providing an apartment and RV garage for the management puts them on site and allows a transient and more stable Older personnel to operate our facilities. By Adding an Attractive facade to the front of the building we can build in a sensitive area and be more readily accepted.
