Old Village Mill purchased this mill site in 2006 from it's original (URL removed)s Brownfield site has had a complete clean-up by the EPA. They had removed all of the building from this waterfront mill site and gave it a clean bill of health. The clean u cost was $3.2 million dollars. I have just signed a contract with the EPA for a large reducton on this clean up cost.
On this same 25 acre site is a stone quarry that has 300,000 tons of stone reserves that clients wish to purchase at $35.00 per ton. It will take about 5 years to remove all the stone. While the stone removal is going on, the Hydro will be rebuilt with the state buying any overflow of energy we produce.
Once the stone is removed, the planning and engineering stages will be completed and we will catch the next building cycl
