I purchased a Brownfield site that has a complete clean up. It has 25 acres of land and also a Hydro Electric plant that will soon be funded by the CT. Clean Energy Fund to the tune of $500,000.00
I need funding to finish with the lawyers and consultants to finish up my paperwork.
When in operation the plant will produce about $125,000.00 in income per year payed to me by the locall utility company on a monthly schedule. There is no repayment of the Grant to the state.
