Description: I´ll be honest with you right up front: I want help from some Angels and Venture Capitalists who have experience taking a small, powerful idea and growing it -- with time -- into something gargantuan. Even though I will be the sole member of the LLC at startup, this project is much bigger than just me, and because of the unique situation in which I find myself want to make sure I don´t screw it up! LOL!! The country of India is an amazing place. Tourists sometimes visit India and are struck by the poverty they see. But the savvy investor visits India and sees incredible potential as this nation of 1.3 billion people slowly raises its standard of living, its ability to communicate, and its need for infrastructure. I have some very wealthy Indian friends who are interested in collateralizing their own, personal trust funds ("white" Fixed Deposit accounts) whose values total over $500 million USD, to guarantee investments (e.g. secured bonds) from global investors. Investments will go to fund both government tenders for local projects such as residential living towers, power stations, metro systems, new highways, and airports, as well as private projects with excellent earning potential. Government Tenders: Bonds will be fully insured by Indian banks, and government agencies. Zoning and permits will all be in place. Private Projects: Focus on companies with proven record of stability, earnings, and growth. The idea is to start small -- and as we prove our mettle as a new company eventually expand with the same partners and Angels into significant opportunities that will eventually provide local jobs for thousands of Indian workers.
