Description:
We only need $250k and will repay 50%. We already have the business, we just needed the funding to launch. We need the money to fund a high end landscaping business. I already have employees with 11 plus years experience, cad designer, and clients. I only lack the funding. I have 27 years design and 30 years sales closing ability. I'm currently working on a $175,000 project, a 91,000 project, several projects under $30,000 and have a developer that wants me to design and implement his entrances. He is currently working on 9 separate developments. I know how to bring in the business, but don't have the funds to go out on my own. I can definantly repay the money in a reasonable timeframe and return 50% on your investment. This will be a WIN-WIN for both of us and am looking forward
