We are an advertising and processing company for the mortgage industry. Our patented program/website does the job of a mortgage broker for homeowners allowing them to save thousands of dollars. Homeowners can enter all their own information and our program opens title and escrow, orders the appraisal, pulls credit, selects the loan programs and rates directly from the banks, and lets them select the loan they want, and then notifies the notary when loan docs are ready for signging. Homeowners upload or fax all their documentation, and when the package is complete, we send it to the bank that they selected.
