Looking for investors to provide $175,000.00 in start up capital to remodel an existing building that will be an event/restaurant/sports bar in a growing area. The building is one of a kind construction and just needs a little TLC. City tax records show $175,000.00 in gross sales a month when it was operational. Cash flow projection of $1.5 million per year. Just looking for some assistance in the initial remodeling phase.
