Looking for investor to seed recovery house. I am a registered nurse/parish nurse looking to open a four bedroom recovery house for professionals in a quiet suburb in the Milwaukee area. I have a staff psychiatris as well as a staff psychologist and a CPA. Typically the houses in the area charge $1,200/mo. and provide a residence and minimal monitoring after 28 day inpatient recovery stays. The houses in the area are currently operating with waiting lists of up to six weeks. I have a large three bedroom ranch with an unfinished basement and am looking to remodel and use the basement for recovering residents. Clientelle would be limited to professionals (physicians, nurses, lawyers etc.), would be interviewed prior to acceptance, and would be required to provide cash up front for each month
