We are a new restaurant concept that started out with a vision of changing the way people view pizza, pasta and Italian American food. Our concept is very straight forward; fully open kitchen, open floor plan for the dining room, with a décor that is eclectic. We are casual and comfortable without the white table cloths. The impression we get most often is how many other locations do we have? Most people feel as if this is a franchise and if not, why not? We are underfunded and have made some poor decisions with borrowing money. We are looking for someone to restructure the debt we have and re position the company so that we can start to Franchise the concept.
