I call repair shops (engine, and transmissions) fax them my company flyer or price sheet. When they need a quote on a part, they call me and I find them the part via the web. I have my own freight company, an extensive part locater, online fax account, and the contacts to get used, new, and core parts. I never see the part, and never have to store a part. I sell the unit first, receive payment, arrange shipping, and buy the unit from whomever is the cheapest. Average profit per unit is $150, with a daily sales goal of 3-4 per sales person. I eventually want 3 salespeople as well as my self.
