I have been self employed for the last 4+ years when I started buying real estate. I recently formed a company to continue doing so. I had been doing rehabs and had invested in vacant land. I started getting into multi-family apartment buildings and continue to grow with that business. I am in need of more funds to grow this businss more. I am also getting into some of the true commercial real estate (office buildings, strip centers, hotels and etc.) and again need more capital to help grow that side of the business.
