Description:
I'm a serious real estate investor in need of funding. I have done 12 transactions since Aug. 2005. I want to double that in the next 12 months but need money to do that. I have my team in place and now all I need is the funding. I rehab homes and sell for a profit. I'm also a Licensed General Contractor with over 20 years experience in the construction trade. with my real estate investing and construction knowledge I can make us all money.
Thank you
