The company was founded in February of 2008 by myself and my partner Richard Grist. My partner and I own and operate an equine dentistry/veterinary practice in Florida. We saw the need for for a safer, more comfortable way for equine practitioners to work in the field. We came up with a mobile equine veterinary hospital. We have built our own personal unit and currently have several patent applications filed, protecting the idea. We have used the mobile, air-conditioned hospital over the course of a year and have had very positive response from both veterinarians and our clients. It is a great way for a veteriarian to own and operate their own practice without the high overhead costs typically associated with having a building for a clinic. The hospital has already proven over the course of the year, that it can generate on average a gross of $1500-$3500 per day with minimal overhead costs.
Our next step is to raise money so that we can formulate a professional business plan and bring the mobile hospital to market. The company also has several other equine-related veterinary products that patent applications have been file. The next step is getting money to bring these products to market as well.
