I wish to provide an English Language School operated on much higher standards than presently offered in Costa Rica except possibly by Institute Britannica; however, we will teach American English indiviually tailored for the student depending on his needs. Years of experience teaching English to Costa Ricans because I also have a masters in TESOL, and am a resident here for 20 years, I beleive I know the needs of the new influx of multinational employers for Fluent English speakers, and why the present system can't fulfill those needs.
Nobody is ful-filling those needs adequately at this time according to "The Nacion" the national newspaper and I agree. I have the location, knowledge, but lack funding to affiliate with Oxford and pay the higher wages to get the bast teachers during
