This is just an idea and it may never go anywhere.
We have an idea for a revolutionary car seat that also seconds as a short haul stroller. Not to be used as a go everywhere stroller but intended to be an extra set of hands for the mother who has her hands full with groceries and children. The car seat we have in mind is already in production. What we see here is an opportunity to redesign the car seat in such a way that when it is taken from the vehicle while child still strapped in, wheels retract with the tug of the handle and away the mother goes without having to hassle with taking the child from the car seat and putting child into stroller. Thats all I can say for now. We need to design a prototype and then present it to the manufacturers after we get it patented. Very little investment here. But lots of return on your money if this flies and I think it will.
