80 year old company with current management for 30 years, started under capitalized and due to many non business set backs we remain so. Average sale are about $ 1,000,000 but could be at least 5. We had a customer stick us with a 115,000 un-paid invoice after a long difficult $1.2 MM project. we are now low on funds at a time when we need to invest for our up coming trade show. We need 150,000 to get current on all debt, build a machine for the show and carry us through the end of the year. Once we are firm on our feet we plan to sell to a competitor or outside investor. We are currently valuing the company at 1.5 million based on our product line and history.
