Description: Our goal is to build sustainable low-income housing communities in Colombia. There is currently a deficit of 2,000,000 low-income homes in Colombia. We have developed key relationships in Colombia to build the low-income communities using a cost+ 13% revenue model. We need seed capital to finalize the contracts and move to construction financing based on government-supplied land and contracts with local construction firms. We have already made arrangements with large international banks to provide the necessary funds. We only need some time to "tie it together".
