I have been investing into Real estate for over 10 years. I am now venturing into Tax Lien/Deed properties. I am looking for money lenders who are looking to get a high intrest on their money. I want in investor who is willing to stay in for approximatley 4 years. I would make interest payments once a year on the outstanding balance. So say for every 10K lent they would get paid once a year $1,500 based on a 15% interest rate. You would then receive their entire investment back no later than 4 years. So based on 15% over 4 years you will recieve 6K in interest plus the 10K back by the and of that 4 years. Let me know if you have investors like that.
