Description:
PJI was organized to provide a structured way for banks to get non-performing loans off their books in exchange for cash and astute investors to profit from the purchase and liquidation of non-performing pools of institutional mortgage loans. We buy pools of non-performing mortgage loans directly from U.S. banks at a fraction of their Face Value for the purpose of liquidating Pool assets The bulk of Note Pool liquidation takes between three to six months, with a residual liquidation closeout extending up to seven to eight months boosting yield rates and liquidity substantially. Our typical investor will see a return from 15% - 40% per investment cycle.
In 2005, we handled 38 million in notes and are projected to close a quarter billion in 2006. We are currently seeking growth capital
