Looking for a lender for long term business; I am looking to acquire loans that will be backed by real estate. I purchase distressed properties at a substantional discount, renovate them and sell affordable housing to first time home buyers. I am offering a sellers consession of 3% and offer them a product under the appraised value. I do this for a couple of reasons; first of all, I believe in karma, the old saying what comes around goes around tends to be so true, second is because it will help to sell the house quicker and finally, it allows more people to become homeowner'w that wouldn't be able to do so otherwise!
