We assembleld 3 parcels of ground and now have affordable townhouse land within 1 mile of the beltway in Prince George's County. We have a national builder who wants to purchase the lots at today's lower prices. This will still result in $ 6 mil profit. I would like instead to build houses for approx $ 325,000 (FHA) approved, and increase my profit by approx 7-8 mild additioanl. I wish to sell a percent of eithier the whold project or just the increase from construction. I have build over 500 houses in the County.
