Description:
I'm looking for an investor for real estate. I have been in the remodeling and renovation business as a self employed individual for the past 5 years full time and as part time over the last 23 years. I'm in the process of obtaining my general contractors license and should have it in hand by Jan. 2009. I've worked for investors and individuals on residential projects. I have the knowledge and experience to do the work myself as well as supervise and train others. I can provide references as they will attest to the quality and honesty of my work. I am looking for an investor/partner and not an employer or client. The prices on real estate are at an all time low, foreclosures, reo's etc. I would hate for this huge opportunity to pass us by.
