We at Imagiary Innovations Corp. would like to invite you to help fund one of the most innovative projects ever conceived, Planet Oasis Themed Resort and Bio-Medical Research Institute near Shreveport, Louisiana.
Planet Oasis will be anchored by the world’s first combined animal theme park and aquarium in which guests will be immersed in the “stories” of some of the most fascinating animal and marine species, complimented by rides and shows based upon the animal and marine kingdoms. The entry and main street of the theme park will be themed to Traditional Louisiana which will be the gateway to the lands of Africa, Australia, The Amazon Rain Forest, Asia, and North America, all of which will be connected by horse drawn carriages and New Orleans streetcars.
The project also includes Mystic Mirage Water Park, themed resort hotels with health spa and marina, night club district, a regional mall, and a PGA quality golf course with residential development. The project aims to showcase the wonder of the natural world, along with the diversity of human cultures, thus creating a mosaic that represents life on earth. All contained within a festive themed atmosphere involving Louisiana’s tourism staples, and its 400+ annual festivals, as well as those from the world abroad.
Planet Oasis will also feature its own Bio-Medical Research Institute, seeking to contribute to the forefront of scientific knowledge and discovery, by utilizing our controlled biosphere for unparalleled exploration of global Zoological, Botanical, and Marine biology, as well as the biomedical sciences. Research will span subjects such as: cell and developmental biology, ecology and evolutionary biology, alternative energy, conservation, and environmental studies, and other fields that project participants may request.
Planet Oasis will also include sound stages and music recording studios. IIC seeks to create a diverse world of entertainment which joins the forefront of the Hollywood-like production explosion which is currently taking Shreveport, LA, by storm. This market already contains a substantial gaming industry.
IIC has retained Totally Fun Company to do a feasibility study, and due to the lack of Disney-class family entertainment in the region, and the shifting tourist visitation patterns caused by Hurricane Katrina, the study shows Shreveport has become a very viable location for such a Themed Resort, which could expect around 5 million visitors per year—with significant profit potential.
IIC assures you that based upon Totally Fun Companies thirty years of experience as a Disney executive, and Executive Producer of Universal Studios and Six Flags, as well as television and film direction and production, that this project exceeds acceptable standards of economic feasibility, and could become the next great themed entertainment development in America.
