Description: Dear Possible Investor\s Its the right time to get into vilanculo, vilanculo is growing at an astronomical rate, tourism is increasing with double the rate that the town can handle !! Johan and I need an investor, someone that can put up in cash for us to get started with our guesthouse, Travel agent and Beetle Car rental a Car project. In return we will give that person or company 49% of the company and we just do all the work. We have done our homework and know it will work, the guesthouse will in vilanculo but in the bush, about 7mins walk to the beach, it will have 5 lux rooms and a Main area with pool bar and dining area. It will be also part of a Travel agent called Passion Travel Affiliated member of Seekers Travel. With that will also be the starting with 2 nicely done funky convertible beetles for hire, yes so there is already Car Rental in Vilanculo, they charge $120, we all know there are so much more people here that will pay $50 to get a car and they normally only go normal roads and seeing that the beetle is well know to handle soft sand makes it a winner for this area. Affordable, reliable and loads of fun for this area. The total we would need to build the Guesthouse and set up all will be $330k. I know is sounds a lot but think, The guesthouse will be 49% the investors and he does not need to do a thing, Johan and I need to work and make it work and we would need to pay the investor his money back. It must work and want to make it work, the only way we can stay here and not loose everything is to work hard and make the project work. So how do we think we can pay, the travel agent (for now just me, just did my last exams) gets up to 25% for bookings I make anywhere in the world, then for booking only flights I charge as per standard from SA HQ anything from $50 to $100 per ticket. Now, I have done bookings with my studies with real people and the company where I did practical got on a group of 5 ladies going on a cruise from Japan to Austria commission of $2300.00. Okay so there is one, guys need to come to Moz I book them, they staying at holiday inn in Maputo $700.00 commission for the company. Group of 20 dutchies coming on holiday and they have all but not good flights, some work and getting it rushed $1600.00 then that is not just half of the stuff, I will be here in vilanculo and have my own well done webpage and will be linked with some of the best travel sites on the net and also be doing loads of marketing in the "Pink" industry. The Travel Agency it not the one costing the most here to start we need a small amount of $10000.00, the office will be right in town there where the bus stops, I can get that for cheap and a nother company will take half the office to help with rent again. The office is at the moment still getting set up and now the gov. asked me to get New alvera and company insurance. Then I just need to do some more marketing and get my webpage that's done already on the net. There is not a booking we cant do or a flight we cant fly. As our logo say, "With others you fly, with us you soar" The beetles(funky convertibles fit for families and friends) will be to get Johan busy, the Bug as I like to call them will be bought in Maputo Johan being spot on with these kind of things will be the best person overseeing this. So he will be handling that, we found 2 and will cost us about $9000.00, okay so that sounds like a lot but now keep in mind that will be after Johan has redone most of the stuff and serviced engine, the engines of the ones we found is still in top condition. More for paint, breaks, lightsand ec., with some nice branding. As I said there are a car rental in town but expensive and most people feel its to much, the bug's don't cost that much to run and don't use lost of fuel. Lets take the local average rent per car per month: 17 days at our rate of $50 per day per car and you get the 1st 60km per day free and fuel (same as other companies bring back full) $1700 for the 2 cars for min of 17 days now I know should I go to baobab and some of the others I will rent the cars out for more than 17 days. Having the Travel Agency part of it and being right there where the bus stop I can promise more than 20 days per month. We also see the Bug business growing rapidly in the first year from start. The rent a bug will expand continiously over the next year, including many more options. The Guesthouse, situated in a new development area this it seen as a high income zone, as I said the rooms will be lux en-suite and spacious, there will be a nice pool and entertaining area, Building style for this will be old Mexican pueblo. The theme for the interior and exterior will be Bush to Beach, Most lodges and guesthouses have standard rates, ways of running operations and don't really do much to make there guests feel like you doing it for them the way they want it, well That's TABOO, at Paixao Do Paraiso you will be the main focus point of our (URL removed)ll keeping high quality and international standards we will be able to offer you a full body,hot rock, Swedish head, or just a pamper massage by our fully qualified staff member. Diving in the open see and being in Africa for the reason you came here in the 1st place. There will be no set menu, on reservation you will get the opportunity setup a menu and make it up to your needs, from serving sushi to having a bushveld BBQ with Pap and Sheba our kitchen will be able to cook you a 3course A la Carte meal and provide you with food from the heavens. The cost for this will be worked out to Fully inclusive of All meals and limit to house brands in bar per person $95, should you be double in a room the rate is $150 per night for 2 pax fully inclusive package. Now lodge "A" used to charge $80 BB only and lodge "B" still charge $95 BB, The way I see this work is to have more bums in our beds and more people to come in and stay than to ask more because I don't get enough people at the guesthouse. Again the Travel Agent plays a big roll again by feeding its own first and getting good deals going, Also the rates are not set and law, that is the lowest we will go and I know there will even be people that always stay at nice beachfront hotels and lodges moving to come stay here as it will be home from home with a holiday feeling. So lets look at the financial side, I am setting a package for groups with the agency and will be doing min of 3groups to the Guesthouse per month, your real money from a Lodge comes for your accommodation so I will only work with accommodation to show income, the money we make from the food and bar will be bonus. So back office accommodation per group of 10 pax or 5 rooms will be $66 per room $330 per night for all 5 room groups will be here for 8 days, so we looking at about $7500.00 we can make per month on accommodation only and form the food you can work on a 30% profit. This is only on a low budget rate as per above. We have the stand, bought from the Local Gov, we have the plans drawn up and ready. The process is at the Gov waiting for aproval of building plans. . Investor\s can also only be part of one of the above and will be able part of it all depending on the capital input to the project. Also an investor to this will be set for life to get the best flight and best accommodation packages ever.
