Description:
Canyon Entertainment, Inc., was organized in December, 2013 as a Colorado corporation for the business of producing and distributing a music driven television variety show for cable networks hosted by Joey Canyon and co-hosted by Dean Miller, who with director Jim Phelan are our executive officers and directors. The Joey Canyon Show will consist of top Country music star performances and interviews, sketch comedy and “man on the street” interviews, as well as notable athletes. This show is a combination of the Dean Martin show, Jackie Gleason show, Glen Campbell show and a little bit of Hee Haw wrapped into one. We intend to produce 1 pilot show with the proceeds of this offering ($50,000) on a two week production schedule. We intend to subsequently raise 2.5M through private equity funding, along with our sponsors and produce an additional 25 episodes which will be aired on a cable TV network.
Studio Production: The show will be produced at West Works Studios in Centennial, Colorado.
