Description:
Perhaps the "next big thing" is not another solution for a first-world problem but rather a new and innovative rationale to transform the internet to a more useful medium that serves for real-life necessities for major parts of our world, including Asia.
So where else to start as from something everyone really needs: food, clothing or housing?
A pure coincident was the spark for an idea to conceptualize a multipurpose social-media and management platform for residents, building managers, landlords, contractors, real-estate agents and other entities related to housing estates like high-rise apartment compounds, condominiums or co-ops. It's like Facebook or LinkedIn - it just has a real-life purpose and social connections that represent a real-life social environment.
A platform that covers the entire scope of a housing domain doesn't exist worldwide yet, it's a very fragmented market and the implications are enormous, especially in large mega cities in Asia, but also worldwide.
