It's the wild west of Cannabis in Oklahoma. Growth is skyrocketing and I need your help to get in on the action. I have founded the company Redbud Weed, LLC to grow medical marijuana. Initially, I am looking to establish a modest sized state-of-the-art grow facility of 1,500-2,000 square feet in Cleveland county, Oklahoma. I will gradually increase in size to 10,000+ square feet of growth area by year four.
My ultimate goal is to create a product line that Redbud Weed grows, processes and then distributes to dispensaries for sale to patients. While I am passionate about the cannabis industry, I am just as passionate about making a profit for me and my investors. I am looking for an initial investment of $100,000. I have a detailed financial plan for you to look at, but here are a few figures. My first year profit is at $64,529. The second year climbs to $562,688. And by the end of the third year, profits are at $1,917,328. This does not include taxes. First year sales will average $20,767/month. Second year sales will average $72,500/month. Third year sales will average $195,000/month. I will begin to show a profit in the 5th month of the first year and will see my cumulative profit go into the green by the 9th month of the first year.
For the first year, the company will be run solely by me and a team of outside advisers (legal, financial, grow, business, etc) that I am now assembling. In the second year I will hire an assistant, as the crop size will be doubled and will double again in the third year. Into the fourth year, which I have not planned, I will definitely be looking for a new location large enough to handle the 200+ plants I'll be harvesting each month at that time.
