Hi my name is Joel, I have a partner Dave who started this business with me. Dave has funded the whole thing so far around 13,000. We are real estate investors looking for funding for our first deal. Dave and I started this in January this year with the Robert Allen Institute. We have been through 14 classes learning the ups and downs twists and turns about real estate. I have tried to get funding from everybody including family, banks, hard money lenders, yet no luck from any of them. We would really like to finally get this thing off the ground so we can make this work. Dave and I are currently working for Walmart stocking shelves at night with a bunch of low paid High schoolers. I am 36 and dave is 54. Dave has worked for Supra products and Morrow companies in the past. He is was a drafting engineer for a long time, untill they ran out of work for him. So here we are best freinds looking for a way out. Daves ex-wife was a real estate agent, so he knows a little bit about the feild. He also does wood working for a hobby and is very good at building things. I Joel, have a wife and 2 kids. I would very much like to bring my wife home so she no longer has to work and we can spend more time with our great kids...
