Our family business really goes back to the late 1800's when our relatives started to migrate to the United States. There have been multiple Viviano pasta factories though out the country since the early 1900's. From pasta factories, to restaurants, Italian import stores, cafe's and currently catering that specializes in Italian. If you google the name "Viviano" in St. Louis, you will see list of Italian food stores pop up. A complete story of my personal family can be seen at (URL removed).
I currently work with Chick-Fil-A full time that exceeds $10 million a year in revenue with only open six days a week. I currently coordinate the catering aspect of their operation and I also work with the daily inventory. I do my catering part time and take time off when I have personal caterings booked.
I believe I can take what I have learned at Chick-Fil-A and incorporate into my own operation from a marketing and customer service point of view. The quality of my food is top of the line authentic Italian. There is a thriving business community in the heart of my following and with the proper investors and team, the potential is tremendous from restaurant, to retail, online and catering too! I believe I can grow to $5 million + annual sales very quickly.
