I purchased the business, building and land in 2006. It was an Irish pub doing live entertainment on weekends. It was in business approx. 37 years, old name the harp & shammrock. The customer base was all senoir citizens. When I purchased it had all licences including A2 which is a night club lic. This is rare in this location to have. I have brought the building up to code with the strict fire laws. I also transitioned to a new customer base ranging from 25-55 by changing the venue, and the music. We are the only ones doing what we do in this area, and are getting great feed back from our customers. We specialize in rock, rytham and blues. Want to add great barbeque to our menu and create a unique attmosphere noone else has in the area. We are finding ourselves under capitalized and need capitol to make it happen. I have invested everything I have up to this point including my property. It is a fun business and I love it.
