A Private Affair, LLC (dba “BBQ Chicken”) is a start-up quick service restaurant that seeks to redefine the image of fast food. With two locations in Connecticut, the Company will introduce the region to Korea’s most popular chicken restaurant chain. BBQ Chicken will serve only the freshest ingredients. Instead of using cheap, fatty, unhealthy oils like other fast food restaurants, BBQ Chicken will cook all dishes in extra virgin olive oil, which is free from Trans fat. The Company will serve fried chicken, grilled chicken, and various sides.
