SFN L.L.C. was created with the intentions of improving the sport and reputation of amateur mixed martial arts (MMA) in the South Eastern US. SFN was formed around 3 basic concepts. One, host events in respectable venues NOT strip bars or tractor pulls. Two, eliminate the toughman style fights by weeding out improperly trained “fighters”. Three, keep the focus on the fighters and prepare them for the next level. What does SFN L.L.C. do? SFN hosts fight cards both amateur and professionally throughout KY, IN, OH, and AL. It was founded by fighters for fighters as well as the overall improvement of Amateur Mixed Martial Arts as a sport. We take pride in scouting the best of the best in the regional Amateur MMA scene and preparing them for the next level by introducing them to the media and helping them develop and maintain sponsorships. SFNs next mission is to introduce its’ trendsetting, hour-long, weekly, Amateur MMA TV show. The show will air 52 weeks a year in the same timeslot and feature fresh weekly fights and interviews with the top Ams in the country. The show will include guest pro fighters either doing commentary for a big fight, or squaring off in the cage. The company is based strictly around amateur fighters and championships, but will also host pro fights on amateur cards to help strengthen the overall fight atmosphere and credibility of the event. Since we cannot legally pay our amateur fighters, our goal is to provide them with the best accommodations possibly whether it be dining, hotels, medical aid, or even fight gear. We go to great lengths to treat our fighters professionally, so they will conduct themselves as professionals both in and out of the cage. We intend to propel mixed martial arts into the next generation by educating new fans to the sport, making it aware that mma is in no way more dangerous than boxing or other full contact sports, leading to the legalization of the sport in all 50 states. We were built from the ground up, so our plan is to stay loyal to our roots- the best amateur fighters in the region. Experience Although the SFN was created in 2006, the team’s promotion experience goes back into the mid 90’s promoting concerts, parties, toughman competitions, and even pro wrestling. Over ten years experience in promotions, mixed with ground breaking college era marketing, are sure to keep SFN moving ahead into the future. THE SOUTHERN FIGHTING NETWORK IS COMMITTED FULLY TO PROVIDING THE BEST AMATEUR MMA TALENT AVAILABLE. AT NO TIME SHALL THIS COMPANY GO 100% PRO. IT IS SET UP TO MAKE SURE GREAT AMATEUR FIGHTERS ARE TREATED GREAT AND HAVE A GREAT PLACE TO FIGHT. THE SFN IS HERE TO PROVIDE A BREEDING GROUND FOR THE WARRIORS AND LEGENDS OF THE NEXT GENERATION.
