Description:
I am opening a new state of the art fitness Center in Fruita Colorado. (Second Fastest growing city in Colorado) I have 11 yrs experience opening start up clubs and have recently purchased the ONLY health club in town as a temporary location/Pre sale office. We have more than tripled the membership in less than 3 months and our exceeding our sales goals. However the cost to complete tenant improvements has exceeded our budget. In addition the demand for this facility has exceeded my expectation and I would like to add additional equipment and amenities to my original business plan. I have a strong business plan and a successful resume in the fitness industry. I am looking for an Angel to help fund this project.
