Mangrove Partners, LLC, (also referred to as “the Company” in the business plan document) is a start-up venture scheduled to commence operations upon receipt of outside capital. The Company will be a new business arm of East/West Properties, Inc. and JH Enterprise, LLC. The principals are experienced real estate professionals, Bob Shaw and Joe Heinl.
