We are a nationally certified WBE minority value added distributor of voice, data, video, sound, security, electrical and electronic products located in the Cincinnati, OH market. Starting in 2003 as a garage based online distributor, USVDV has grown into almost a $1Mil revenue company within five years, growing an average of 15-20% even in a down economy. With access to over 250 manufacturers and over 1Million unique products, we have built a great product offering and a great name for ourselves. However, we need funding to allow us to grow our business and take it to the next level. We are wanting to add a couple remote warehouses and additional stock, which requires adding lease, payroll and material costs. We currently have an SBA loan for $115K, but really need an additional 200K-300K to take our business to the next level. Come grow with us as we have recently won some term contracts and have our products specified on some internationally sized customers that will allow us to double or triple sales next year. We are looking for VC or Buyers that see our growth potential and add additional funding to get there.
