I buy properties and resell them for a profit. Because of my acquisition model, I am able to purchase the properties and resell them below current market value and generate healthy returns on my investment. I am looking for investors who will put up capital in return for either a fixed rate of interest or an agreed upon profit share upon the sale of each individual property. I am transparent with my deals, and allow the investor to choose to accept the interest or profit share AFTER the deal is in place and final numbers are available. At the closing on the sale, I return the capital invested in that particular property and the agreed upon premium. I am currently using my own money.
