At Thermal Mass Construction Corp. we will take residential and commercial building plans and convert them into a panelization plans. These plans will then go to Concrete precasting plant(LHV Precast, this company is nationally certified). At this facility they will precast the structure using my forms. Next LHV will deliver structure to site where Constanzi Crane and 3 members for Local 417 Iron Workers Union will set structure from footings to Roof. The structure will then be handed over to the loacl builder or home owner to finish. What makes these structures more efficient than others will be the fact that I will be able to maintain the concretes temperature at 70 degrees years round thru the use of the radiant tubing that has been incorporated in each panel.
