The business started in NJ with the purchase, renovation and resale (flip) of 4 single family homes. We then purchased and renovated a 7 unit apartment building. The LLC was created for that transaction. We have since sold the properties when we relocated in 2007. At this time are restarting the business by investing in distressed or undervalued multifamily properties.
I have worked in the real estate area of construction and property management for over 35 years.
