Description: Sydney Australia 1976 marks the birthplace and year of Etivity Corporation. Since then the company has implemented its technology into the operations of 15,000 sites around the globe. These organizations include McDonalds, Marriott hotels, Kmart, and the 2000 Sydney Olympics just to name a few. More recently, the directors of the company have decided to commence their long awaited plan to accomplish a world-wide presence in the Human Resources Business Process Outsourcing segment of the Software as a Service (SaaS) Outsourcing industry [the USA reached $18.9 billion revenue in 2010 (IDC HR Cloud Services Survey 2011)]. Today the company is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (H3P.F) with a scheduled initial public offering expected to occur within the first quarter of 2012. Equity Partners hedge fund has entered into a 50 million euro (approx. 68 million USD) Private Placement Agreement to fund Etivity during its IPO and accelerate its expansion plans. From its inception Etivity has reinvested 100% of its profits back into the company in the form of capitalized R&D, roughly $35 million to date. Sustaining from its 30 year veteran status in the Australian marketplace, Etivity continues to remain profitable and cash flowing positive. After the founder, Phil Jones (Australia Entrepreneur of the Year 2003), was approached by the largest competitor in the industry with an acquisition offer - that served as the indication to initiate a global presence. Today Etivity has established its new global headquarters in the greater Denver Colorado area and expansion efforts are underway. The current investment opportunity is for those interested primarily in private equity investments (although debt and convertible deals may be considered). Etivity is prepared to offer discounted shares of the company to accredited investors. The funding round is aimed at minimizing the companys long term cost of capital while maintaining shareholder value. This offer is only available to accredited investors and will expire on Feb 15 2012. An Information Memorandum will be provided to serious and able investors upon request: (URL removed)
