Description:
Sea Chateau is a 50' Mayotte charter yacht based in the US Virgin Islands. The yacht has a good reputation in the charter industry, and has been very busy in its years of chartering. Paul and Jody were crew on Sea Chateau for 3 years, working for the current owners. While they were crew, they averaged 25 charters per year. They are now ready to be owners of Sea Chateau, and need creative help with funding. This is a viable and profitable business opportunity.
