The Half-Baked Cookie Company manufactures and distributes amazingly delicious gluten-free cookie mix and frozen gluten-free cookie dough. We use a proprietary blend of gluten-free flours which gives our products a taste, smoothness, and texture not found in other gluten-free bakery items.
We have secured some distribution through local food markets and specialty stores in Boulder County, Colorado and are in process to be on the shelves of the Rocky Mountain Region Whole Foods Stores on or before July 15, 2013).
