Description: I am looking to purchase a real estate property on Tuesday, August 5th at auction and need the 20-25% down payment. The property has four detached homes on 1.45 acres and the rental income would pay for the mortgage. I qualify, but lack the cash for the down payment. I know this is short notice, but I already own three other rental properties, so I have the experience. I can start an LLC, or corporation or whatever it would take. I need $150-$200K. This is a fantastic opportunity!!!!!! I would be willing to do a 5-year balloon or let you finance it for me or you could propose other reasonable ways to put this together for us. The county has assessed the property at $638000 and I expect to pay $550-600k at auction. Any ideas or help???? P.S. I had to put a company name in the block, but I do not have a company, as such.
