Hello, future investors!
My name is Jo Seph Cho(32). Yes, Seph is my middle name. You can just address me as Jo.
Last November, my partner, Jin(38), and I have created a LLC(limited liability Company) called "jinjo".
Both my partner and I are from South Korea. Jin has been here for 10 years and I have been here over 17 years.
Before we decided to start our own company we have been sushi chefs and cooks at numerous restaurants.
We have exceptional skills with almost all kitchen appliances and tools(especially knives). We are very dedicated to make this happen and succeed. In order to be successful, uou might be wondering what we are planning to do. Here is a little taste of it.
The name of the restaurant is "Little Seoul Bistro"(city of Seoul is the capital of South Korea). The concept and style of the restaurant we are planning on creating is a quick in&out, carry out, and dinning(may include delivery services). Think of it as Chipotle Mexican Grill with different items(food).
There will be 4~5 acting employees, a Manager, 2~3 Chefs, and a Counter Attendant. That's right there won't be any Wait Staffs.
Types of dish we are selling/serving are Korean street foods. Such as fried Chicken, BBQ rip, sweet beef, noodles, and kimbap(korean sushi roll).
This is a very basic concept or structure of what my partner and I are planning on doing. We will be more than welcome to share more information to our future investors.
F.Y.I. the logo, sign, menu, type of to go boxes and etc.. are all ready. Only thing we are waiting on is a location.
