Z Home is currently focusing on providing residential design, remodeling and repair services in Phoenix, Arizona to homeowners, realtors and real estate investors. We have been operating "cash only" for 3 years, and need an investment partner to allow us to grow the company to serve a larger portion of the market, and to eventually become a semi-custom and custom homebuilding company, when market conditions are right. We need to recruit a licensed residential contractor to become a member of the LLC, add employees as necessary, add vehicles and equipment, office space, etc. I am a registered architect with over 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry in Arizona, and will focus my attention on home design, construction administration, marketing and business management. My partner has over 20 years of experience in residential construction/repair, and will focus his attention on growing the remodeling and repair aspects of the business, and eventually on new home construction. The 3rd partner, a licensed residential contractor, is critical to our growth strategy. We need an investment partner to help mentor/strategize our growth, and to participate in the management of the company, potentially as a member of the LLC or Board Member.
